啊这个贴好棒啊，mark之。
我观察我们公司的director或者大manager主要就是关心financial side of projects, 这是唯一会让他们涉及到技术细节的情况。其他时候他们基本上就在根据各个项目蛋糕的大小管理priority, 替自己以及组员抢credit, 替自己以及组员撕逼这样。。。我一般也就是要和其他组大boss撕逼的时候会召唤我自己的大boss，我大boss也只关心钱多的case，小case他听都不会听的。。。
