Here are some my tips, hope they are helpful:
1. Exercise and drink more water during the day( at least 4 bottles a day)
2. Do not use fundations at all(Bare Escentuals is okay)
3. Have a regular schedule( maily eat on time and sleep on time)
4. Go see doctor for skincare and see if doc would recommand you to go for anti-biotics
5. Try proactive, which is the only skincare works for me in store, but have to continue using it.
