My 2 cents:
1. Not only work hard but also work smartly. Try to think about how to work efficiently before you actually start doing things. One of my team memeber has 7 years working experience and she takes exactly same amount of workload as I do and I have been working only for 2 and half years.
2. Keep the good relationship with manager and peers. Show your willing to help and understanding as needed.
3. Do voice out for what you deserve to have, like raise, promotion and bonus. Nobody would assume that you have to have what you want, so you are the ONLY one to let your manager know your real needs.
