where is lzmm?

I buy skincare from her twice, every cheap.

I have one question: for both times that I buy from her, she send them out about 4 or 5 days later.  She said she was out of town or busy.  usually mm send the items out next day if not right away.

Does other mm notice the same thing?  that she send the items out few days later?
