actually, this is not 100% true either. Take an average woman, replace all her fat with equal
volume of muscle, the weight will change only about 3~4pounds. I believe the distribution of
fat and muscle is changing with age.

How 坚持? >3 times a week?
Did you switch among different exercises? Is it always the same group of muscle? Maybe you
exercised your upper body today, and felt sore back. And then exercised your lower body the
next time and got sore legs.
Or, in the best case, you are pushing harder each time. Which is superb!
