每次我们出的报告,都是由我们3个作research and the first draft. Then she revised them and reported to the instructor and the client. We think we distributed very fairly. Until one day, the American girl is absent, we three international students met the instructor, the instructor said: " What have you done? why did you let the American girl do everything?" Even though we explained to the instructor about our situation, he looked disunderstanding. After that, we know we thanked that American girl too early.

My phone interview experience with Ernst & Young:

Last Friday, I had a phone interview with EY. My interviewer is a campus recruiter. It was scheduled at 2:30pm. I was so nervous. But the call was ringing at 2:36pm. The interviewer apologized about that. She said she was busy with her work, she did not have lunch, therefore, she was late.  I did not expect that she would make a big deal with that. I replied"I am sorry." She said do not be sorry.  Then she began to ask me questions.  I have a lot of working experience(part time job), she did not ask any of them.  She just ask something in school. Such as: why do you choose your university?  What did you do one this position in school?  What did you do in the Case Competition Contest?  But I did not answer very well.  Because I was very nervous plus my voice is very loud (I am afraid that she may not listen to me.  I used cell phone.) Well, she is actually a little nervous too.  Which is a good thing for me.  Because after I figured out that she was nervous, it made me a little bit relaxed.  The whole of part of my interview, I am only satisfied with the questions that I asked her.  Probably because I really like EY a lot.  I have tons of questions about that.  But anyway, I did not got reply yet.  She said that she will send me an email this week. Hope it is a positive one. God bless me. After I got the email, I will come here to talk more.

1.  Work smart.  Always seek a better and/or easier way to do your job.

2.  Never bad mouth of your coworkers.  It is easy to say than actually to do it.  Once I accidently said something I regretted, I paid a huge price on it.

3.  Treasure every minute of yours.  Plan in advance, even for the weekends and your vacation time.

I want the ML.

My tips from working in the firm:

1.  Find what you like to do most, and then try to network with that group.  Ask what you can help them.

2.  Summarize what you learned once you finish one project.  Gradually, you will become an expert in that area

3.  Find opportunities to talk directly to the partner/big bosses.  No matter how bad your English is, how bad your communication skils is.  Trust me, eventually, you will find connection between you and that Big Boss.

4.  Be sincere, especially when someone asks you for help.
