I am back from the 38th week check up. Did the internal cervix examination. The doctor said the cervix is 3 cm dilated and baby is half way down. Does it mean the baby is coming soon?

I feel something which is like a needle pinching my vigina. Not much pains except for that. The doctor did not tell me the 软化度. I asked if I should take more walk if I want baby to come out early. Surprisingly, she said it is not going to help.

今天overdue 1 天。cervix dilated 4 centimeters， 90% effaced, but baby is still high. 约了下周一催产。希望娃能自己出来。医生说it's not a small baby. 拜托千万不要c section阿。顺便问一下有c经历的mm,缝合的伤口会有多大，是不是以后都没法穿bikini了。

汇报一下：我们的宝宝Justin于 4月11日出生，重7lbs14oz，身长21.5inches。宝宝overdue 8 天，本来约的4月11日催产，结果4月10日晚上10点他自己发动了。产程拉得比较长，一直到第二天下午两点才开到十指。因为宝宝大，push了3个小时还出不来，最后医生用vacuum给吸出来了。
