Well, to me, she made a mistake because of the misunderstanding...

A package, even it's the lightest one like 1 ounce one costs more than a buck to ship, and plus the shipping material. I can see why she charges 2.00 to ship it.

If you use a bubble mailer, it will count as first class package rate, and first class pacakge starts at 1 ounce for 1.13, and 0.18 for DC on Paypal.
