不多，1000是很好的剂量，午夜蓝和我的ob都要求补3000-5000，当时午夜蓝还发贴子问了，我当时在她帖子里回复说太多了，我没按照ob的剂量补，当时ob给我开的剂量比午夜蓝的更多，因为我缺的非常严重，但是我没吃那么大的剂量，我担心剂量太大会冲击宝宝，因为这个只进不出的东西，不像叶酸是水溶性的，这个是脂溶性的，而且3个月才检测一次。
