hehe, wonder what's the different between those 2 passwd, is the one with 威望 1 faster?

it seems like we can buy 2 passwd, and download concurrently. For the speed, i have tested both, the one with 威望 1 starting is 30k then it would of drop down to 5-6k. the one with 威望 0 starting is 25k avg, then it drop down to 5-6k. Those were the EST night time speed for me, am not so sure about the daytime speed.
