i'm so sick and tired of hearing people say "oh kids don't lie". such hypocrites...like, are you fu**ing kidding? kids are very capable of lying. I damn sure lied when I was a kid (to please my parents, to impress my friends, etc.). kids are easily manipulated into saying things adults want to hear too (look at the kid in Making A Murderer, and that is a big kid). Also, a lying kid is not necessarily a bad kid. Pointing out that "kids lie" is not a general accusation against all kids. It's just a fact.
