私立学校是不是受 H-1 cap 的限制?

问问大家，我想申请一个中学的工作，可这个学校是私立的，那么是不是受每年 H-1 cap 的限制？我知道公立的学校是不受这个限制的。

Thanks! I think you are right. So long it is non-profit, it is not limited by the cap. But it seems most schools are for profit.

But I heard if it is higher education institutions, so long it is public, it is not limited by the cap. Am I right?

私立大学也是non-profit的，也不受cap限制。

那是不是说只要是大学就是非赢利的了，也就是不受cap限制。是不是这样呢？但中学好像不是这样，对吗？
