Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft have petite sizes that may work for you. Almost all of my dress pants are from AT because I have not been able to find any other dress pants that fit perfectly.

You can always order your clothes online and if they don't work, simply return them to your local AT and Loft stores, even if the stores don't carry the petite sizes. My personal experience with AT and Loft has been great over the years. They have excellent customer service.
