h1b help--no Receipt Notice

H-1B petition that was filed on April 5^th, 2006, but never received the I-797 Receipt Notice . Only thing is that the check was cashed. .

My H1b only took 9 days to get approved with premium processing. I didn't get any receipt, maybe the attorney got it. You should check with your attorney.

So I even donot know if i am approved or not after applied almost 3 months ago..The lawer sent a request for the receipt, no response...

Mine h1b is not the premium processing........I donot know....getting really upset now.~

不用premium，好像是要等很久的，我认识的4月初file的人，都还没有approved。

既然check已经cashed了，那说明已经受理了，不用太担心啦。

受理也不知道是不是approve呀。。。
