i started to working in a hedge fund as a risk analyst in nyc last year. The base is 80k with 50% of base as bouns. what do you think about this compensation, by the way i have one year financial experience before joining this company and have MS FE degree. Any comments are appreciated.

In addition, hedge fund is supposed to not being that stable, so i am not sure if i should ask the company to sponsor my green card application. any people can share related information/experience with me? thanks
