If only the pearl, the best way is use silk thread and knot between each beads. This is the tranditional way and really good for pearl. if you want to make crystal and pearl in a line, the beadalon 7-49 strands are good. if you want to make some design which need the wire go around and around, fishing wire maybe better. I think the fishing wire willl become non-flexible and easy to be broken, so personally, I don't like it. I like beadalon.
