if someone recommends me to a senior director, then, the senior director passes my resume to the

hiring manager. will it be possible that i get the job?

that company always requires people to have at least 3-5 years' industrial experience.

it is a very big, and very famous company, so it has always been very picky when recruit new employee.

i am a fresh graduate with a ms degree. my background is kinda of weak....:-(((( and i have no experience at all....

feel so uneasy now

(the senior director has higher level than that hiring manager)

i understand i do not qualify for that position........
