好主意，不过相对应的，是否海外ID也可以停止对国内新闻的讨论了呢？

如果你是要对等的话，应该是要求海外id停止在国内某论坛讨论国内新闻。更精确一点应该是禁止美国id，在国内由某些从美国移居中国的人创建的，被美国封锁的，英文为主要语言的论坛上讨论中国新闻，假如有这个论坛。

If mainland IDs are not welcomed on huaren,
nonchinese IDs should not be welcomed too,
as this is a forum for Chinese in North america.
NonChinese IDs include Taiwan and Hong Kong IDs who say they are not chinese, also include Chinese Americans who only identify them as americans.
