if your major is finance, you'd better go to NYC. if you have some working experience, see if you can have any local opportunities.

Most of them are staffing firms on Monster.com. Staffing firm is good to looking for temp job, not full time.

not really true, 2 head hunter companies contacted me and got me 2 full-time job leads. my experience is to focus on your strength. my classmate also got several interviews from Monster.com, all full-time.
