I guess this also depends on what mood you boss is in.When she's under a lot of pressure and you didn't meet the deadline, it's expectabe that she may overeact on the lateness.

Just take it easy and try to avoid it next time. Priritzing is very important as the MM said above. Make sure your prioritization is in sync with what your boss thinks.
