H1B postdoc 保税问题请教

我目前拿H1B签证在大学里做博士后，老婆是 H4。请问我们报税应该用1040NR 还是1040NREZ 呢？另外，听说中美之间有免税条款，不知道我这种情况试用么? 刚刚来美，还望各位前辈多多指教，现谢谢了

非常感谢您的回复。看来我要研究一下 instruction for 1040 了。 By the way, is that possible for me to use TurboTax to file my tax form?

Really appreciate for your kindly reply, it makes me more and more clear. But if there is a treaty between USA and China, how can I cite it in the 1040 form, or that treaty only for1040NR?
