If you were asking how I got this offer, it was actually quite easy, much easier than I expected. I applyed the position on their website, then after 2 weeks got an phone interview, which lasted about 1 hour. then the second day they checked with my advisor and another reference, then one of the interviewer called me and said they would like to hire me. since this is the only interview I got after being on the market for 3 months, so I accepted it. :-)
