A Communication Analyst works with Communication and other Consultants to help clients develop effective, accurate and timely employee communication materials, strategies and work plans, and assists with project management and production coordination. To fulfill this role, the Communication Analyst will:

Draft, review, edit and proofread employee communication materials including benefit, compensation and organizational change communications
Coordinate internal, technical, legal and client reviews as appropriate and resolve issues raised during the review process to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the materials
Develop communication strategies and work plans
Project manage the design and production of communication materials
Assist consultants and interact with clients on various projects.

Qualifications

BA degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, human resources or related field of study
One or more years' extensive experience writing corporate communications, including compensation, benefits and policies and/or applicable paralegal experience
Advanced editing, proofreading, and composition skills; proven technical and persuasive writing skills; strong oral communication and customer service skills
Strong command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.

mm不要着急，这个是我随手在网站上找的，是一个experienced position，所以要求有什么compensation,benefits,blah blah blah experience。Entry level position是不会有这些要求的。

我也不是做communication的，瞎说两句啊，用个我们公司的例子吧。我们的health plan最近cut benefit了，最根本的就是员工看病要自己多掏钱，可是，管理层不能直接这样跟我们说呀，总得sugar coat一下吧。然后，我们的communication部门就做了一个presentation，分析消费水平，医疗消费上涨，公司盈利情况等等等等，然后简单介绍了一下新的benefit structure。主题就是这个新的plan design怎么怎么好，尽管要我们自己多付钱，但是为了公司的business strategy这也是必要的，而且这个plan design会promote healthy behavior。可是我们公司偏偏就是做health plan design的，所以大家不怎么买这个presentation的账，呵呵，不过我觉得，如果换作其它公司，员工可能会稍微被抚平一些吧。

这个我不清楚。mm说的做survey是写survey design还是分析responses还是两样都包括啊？给我的感觉我们公司做的更多的是draft education material relating employee benefits。
