mm, if you want to get hold of the owner, you have to call her during her office hour. Sometimes her voice mail is full. I just kept calling back to talk to her. I don't think she's that difficult to speak to, as long as you explain to her patiently. Of course, I called and emailed her multiple times to resolve my issue.
