One tips for constipation:


Eat 1 or 2 grapefruit after your formal meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner -- the one that you eat the most food). It works for me so well. I have beening doing this for 5 year since I was pregnant and I don't have this problem since then. ( I go everyday...)


This tips is just based on my experience -- so I don't know if it is really good for health.
