You have a good boss! This meeting schedule thing doesn't seem like much conflict, but for things that are "serious", never take the blame unless it's your fault indeed...

Bill handles it very nice! Sometimes I felt like "neglected" in meeting invitations, but didn't step out and argue about it. Never get it started, or it'll only get worse...Lessons learnt, I guess, hehe
