房租等张不了这么狠，但也涨了大约50%。

中产快变成穷人了。

我刚才点进我的Walmart账户试了试，不能把之前order的所有东西都重新买，就随便点了几个物品，而且我的记录就只有两年前。5毛钱的本子现在一块，9块钱的功能饮料冲剂现在12，还有13块钱的文具现在20了。基本上两年涨了50%

其他地方哪有涨得那么快，我们这里涨了20-30%的样子。房价居高不下难道不是说明经济过热吗？供不应求价格自然就降不下来，现在利率都那么高了，房价还是不跌，可见有钱的美国人，或者是外国人实在是太多了。

建材涨得太多了也是新房贵的原因，连带着旧房也贵了，因为重置成本高
