Buyers be aware. Please stay away from this family plan (Tang Geng (Jacobhere) from USCardforum). I joined recently and wanted out. We agreed to take my number out on 07/01/2024. Owner said he is busy on 07/01/2024 so we agreed to take my number out on the next day. The owner not only kept my deposit but also asked for another one month fee for 06/24-07/02 (8 days) bills. When asking the owner to speak directly on the phone, the owner refused saying he won’t be able to. Called his number he used to contact me. No one answered. And then he suspended my account. Now after paid two extra months’ fees I am now without cellular data and the owner refused to do TOBR. He even threatened to take me to the court. Hehe~ So I would say save yourself time and money and stay away from Tang Geng (Jacobhere).
