This house is hard-coat front (real stucco), which is supposed to be hard to sell

It's now pending and sells real fast!
I believe the beautiful backyard really helped...

it has 2stry family room, and its dinning room / living room are also nice :-)
Not sure about the final sold price, but the listing price is not low compared to other houses in the same S/D. But still, it's already pending only after a short while on the market...

From what I heard, stucco is more expensive than wood and it is a good choice of siding material.

it's more expensive than wood, that's for sure, but it's not as good as brick (stucco is about $2000 less one side compared with brick)
