这个我刚查过了，对于COVID，官方有要求。但是对于签证，找不到ETIAS的最正式官方的信息。现在能看到的是。COM的信息，在SPAIN的大使馆网站上查不到正式的。如有正式的信息，也请分享。万分感谢！
