I just received K-1 today and added it in turbo tax reporting. I will file tax return without waiting for K-3. K-3 likely won't change tax. Plan to do amendment if needed after I get K-3 in June.

In LZ's case, since you already filed tax return, wait until you get K-3 for amendment makes sense so you won't need to amend twice in rare situations.
