我今天收到uk的oshadi的寄来的，2月1号invoiced，今天收到，还是挺不错的。

不过费了好大劲打开，盖子上面和瓶口上都是原精，弄得我手上都是，那个瓶口设计不是应该封的很严吗？

然后打开以后，那个倒精油的出口是好像被一个粘稠的半固体的堵住了，应该是里面的原精结在那个瓶口地方，质地比lotion还要稠。我之前只有一个茉莉原精，质地是比较粘稠，但是还能一滴一滴的倒的出来，这个压根怎么使劲倒没有动静。。。

我一次买金盏花原精，各位筒子请指点，这个正常马？

看来是absolute，味道是有点茶叶的浓浓的味道。但是这样怎么用啊倒不出来。F，我在手上涂开了一点，质地很粘稠，有点像cream的质地，不过也不至于油腻。我试的那块皮肤都是黄黄的，不过没有什么特别的反应。2楼的那篇文章看来是和我有一样的问题。不过也可能就是正常地说，可能就是这么稠

涂在手上，抹开需要点力度，几次才能看起来还算均匀。。。

那个写的类别我就算了，真的打开那个瓶盖的感觉真是让我觉得是过期的东西，哪有明知道用倒出来一滴一滴用（因为瓶头是这么设计的），但是怎么倒都倒不出来？唉，现在就给他家写email,要是美国网站我明天一早就打过去argue了！Not a matter of money, but a you-break-my-hope kinda deal!!!算了，粗口就不说了

他们今天打电话给我了，我白天几乎没有手机开过有声音的，所以下午才看到有个留言。其实我挺喜欢听英国口音的英文，很sexy。他们说明天会再打，亲自给解释一下原因。明天中午有个会，希望不会刚好那个时候他们打过来。

I have opened the photos of the calendula you kindly sent, and everything is as I would expect it to be with this particular oil. The oil itself is very thick due to the extraction process, and it will never come out of the dropper. You may then ask why we supply it in a dropper bottle, and the answer is that it is European Union regulations...! (Sorry about this!)

The product that you have is very pure, and that is just the way it comes. All oils have different viscosity. It is possible to obtain calendula in a macerate. This means that it is boiled up in a vegetable oils which absorbs the nutrients and properties from the Calendula into itself. The resultant mixture is relatively thin, but is not the pure calendula extraction.

The way I like to deal with this oil is to use a wooden cocktail stick to remove the required amount of oil from the bottle. This may seem like a rather laborious process, but it is such a very useful oil for skincare that it is worth it.

I think in future we should send out this information with the oil, because your observations are not unusual.
