就是。看这个医院宣布脑死亡宣布得多迅速立马开始进入取器官准备程序；可是人家女孩子都动了，还逼人家要抬手指头证明真的有意识才肯停止取器官。

我就想问 我们有没有权利提前claim我们拒绝捐献器官？在驾照上说明就可以了嘛

应该DEFAULT是不捐，然后可以在办驾照的时候选当DONOR。看了这些案例以后，觉得不当DONOR比较好。
即使医生医院不那么利益熏心，这个DONOR制度也是不合理的，譬如等器官的排队并不按年龄等因素优化。

怎样把 donor去掉啊！！怕怕怕

各个州DMV过程不同吧？我要求去掉时才发现加入容易去掉难啊，而且还得重新交一遍办驾照的钱。

怎么会有警察来？难道家属不让捐献器官医院还报官？

不是，是医生要撤生命支持，他用枪指着医生不让医生去撤，医生就报警了，然后他就拿着枪和警察扛到他儿子动了。

我觉得这是一个极小概率的医疗事故～如果自己去世，自己的器官可以帮助其他的病人获得重生，是一件很有意义的事情

我原来也是这么想的，现在我觉得完全可以写个遗嘱由信得过的家人在确实无救了以后告诉医生，而不用注册成DONOR导致CONFLICT INTEREST
