After giving birth to her son Joseph, Ivanka took the help of spin classes to shed around 13.6 kgs. She also revealed that she usually gets up at 5:30 in the morning to meditate for at least 20 minutes and do a grilling workout. Her workout routine usually comprises of yoga, pilates, dance and meditation. She is not only an avid runner but also a fan of cycling and flywheel training.
