我吃了大概1年左右，皮肤没什么反应，唯一副作用是空腹吃会恶心。

这边医生好像很建议用这种荷尔蒙的方法，说是又安全又能规范生理周期

吃避孕药的期间，period会非常规律，28天循环，一天都不会错。不过要每天记得吃一片，忘吃很麻烦... [em14]

there's no such birth control pill available (if you don't want to take it consecutively) The only thing i can think of is the "morning after" pill (also the prescription pill). It's supposed to be used only after the unsecured sex (expensive too) [em01] [em01]
