to be fair, there is secondary market for treasury so even 6 month is liquid.

你是说6 month的treasury 可以随时提前卖掉 且没有任何penalty吗？该如何具体操作呢？谢谢

of course there could be market risk. check the bid and ask. but it is more liquid compared with non callable CDs. (some of the bank CDs could be withdrawn prematurely with penalty)
