agreed. baseball bat is under 5 lbs so swing that really is not that big of a deal. They do train like mad and that's where the strength and endurance come from.

你不是说他能bench press 450磅？这个基本上属于大力士级别得了，托你这个130磅的还不是很轻松。你可以问问本版上的男生，能bench press 200磅的估计都没有几个。

power lift not bench press. I have said that even in the movie unbreakable, Bruce Willis' charactor did less than 450lbs. I think 450lbs was a typo, unless he is heavy weight over 200lbs himself.
