刚刚看杂志看到的，不过对想这么做的朋友来说，可能已经晚了。

要在12月31日前卖掉亏钱的股票，这样亏掉的那部分就不用缴税了。如果股票是在太烂了，这也是个好办法。

算进去的，capital gain = (selling price - purchasing price)* # of shares - trasaction fees (both purchase and selling). 如果扣掉手续费没有赚钱，就没有capital gain

this is correct. it is factored into revenues from sale.
