是的，12月入境3月申请的，765表格上面可以勾选要不要发SSN卡，差不多半个月就会收到收据了

亲属关系那个我就不清楚了，没有交你提到的那个表。SSN可以单独申请，我妈就是工卡到之前绿卡先到了，所以直接去的SSN office拿绿卡申请的SSN，两周就能收到了。
