我一直也没整明白，这些某党政客为什么非要把一个地方搞烂？？而且看到这种情况为什么不想办法改善呢？？

难道选票就是结果，拿到选票就算完成任务了？而不是说把地方搞好才是使命？

It's because they are stupid, they are incompetent, and they are corrupted. They are executing policies based on stupid ideology without any ability for introspection. Most importantly, SF was occupied by people who are deep into the same ideology. Unfortunately, those people moved out of SF with their stupid ideology and going to ruin other places.
