而且我对他本人有多自律有一点怀疑，从书中完全看不出来，但从纪录片中可以他并不是一个情绪稳定的人。算是我的conspiracy吧，给我的感觉就像同性恋特别痛恨同性恋，焦虑的人特别喜欢meditation，因为他本人有这个需求

只是提供一个不同的看法，我觉得他整体是带来正面的影响，但有过于polarized嫌疑。这年头不polarized赚不到眼球 ：P
