I think we might live in the same area, we just used a Chinese doctor for medical examine, the only one in the area who is in USCIS database, and his charge is exactly the same as you listed, including the X-ray cost in the radiology facility he refereed us to ! hello ilikepeak, Not only we live in the same area, I got the exact same REF for my mom's 485. I am positive that I did include a English translation for my mom's birth certificate but I just mailed in another one again with cover letter and REF notice. Good luck

We also did the finger print at the end of April, I think we are on similar timeline, hope we will all get AP and green card soon for parent soon!

@ilikepeak We got a letter saying that my mom's AP is approved just this week, still waiting for the actual AP document to arrive. 2 weeks more than the 3-month interval for others getting AP. You might be getting the AP notice soon.
