MM, Don't worry... This is what I thought:

1. As far as I know, once one prints label online using paypal, usps website will show the notice that you listed. So, it's quite possible that the seller mailed your stuff on 16th,not necessarily though..

2. USPS tracking information is updated very slowly.

3. It's pretty werid that it takes about 8 days to deliver, though...

Usually when I dropped a package in the post office, it shows in the online status the next day.

Not necessarily ah...

For me, there was once, the buyer already got it, yet DC still showed as "notified, ..."

NO...

If not drop, it's the same.

Even if it were droped, it may be the same as "being notified"...

USPS is kind of late in updating the online tracking system
