房子最后是自己的。虽然每月出了三千，最后房子一卖钱还能回来，就算保值投资，零存整取的意思吧。租金就是打水漂了

你做做算数吧。能租到3000的房子和一个月能给你3000到手现金拿出去租房子的根本不是一个概念。
能给你3000现金的房子要能租1万。
