美容用的花水跟烘焙用的花水从成分上看有什么区别吗?

看到美容用的玫瑰花水比较贵,而烘焙点心时同样用到的花水,比较便宜,看来源都是相同的,都是提取精油时经过蒸馏时得到的副产品.

Does this mean "zheng liu"?

Other description like:
