如果是technical director，ART director，marketing director，businiess director其实都是狗屁。管几个人，最多算科级干部。

在大的技术公司technical director赚的比银行的MD只多不少，管的人更是只多不少，FLG的tech director手地下几十号人算少的，一年赚几百万没得跑；银行的非tech MD手底下也就十多号人，就现在这年景，赚得真没多少
