不差钱就la jolla, Del mar, CV之类的，地方好学区好；差钱就往东面移一移

我一直不太明白其实CV那里的中学是torrey pine high, 也就是9分啊。这几年都比不上Poway unified的westview high.为啥大家都说 CV那里的学区最好呢？
