老公是绿卡，我在办婚姻绿卡。想和大家确认一个事情，根据485的instruction，是需要“All Form I-485 applicants, except refugees and asylees, must submit a photocopy of their birth certificate issued by the appropriate civil authority from the country of birth.”

所以只需要我的经过公证的出生证明，不需要老公的出生证明，不知是否是正解？
