Heavier than others?

型号 depends on what you need. I have a 12qt for making 老火汤, a 6qt saute pan for stirfry, also a 4qt, a 2 qt saucepan and a 4 qt round oven pan for other purposes. But the 4qt round oven pan is being replaced by a LC version.
AllClad water kettle also works much better than other stainless water Kettles I used to have.

楼上常用他家锅的没有把手难拿的问题吗？还是说他家只有一部分锅是这类把手？真的是完全没法拿住，整个锅把手是往里面凹的造型，每次端锅手掌那块大肌肉和手指都抓疼了，实在是没法用。

也许你是以前买的。现在的把手设计绝对没人能拿好。他家锅又重。因为这个原因我绝对不会再买用这种把手的锅。

I have two sauce pans with the new handle design. It doesn't really bother me since I normally don't need to move the pans around when I cook. I only use them for making noodles, veggie soups, desserts, etc.

12qt stock pot is good for 老火汤 and heavy duty soups, such as oxtail soup.
