Don't really eat frozen food, except dumplings sometimes.
How we do fast cooking:
Pre-chopped pre-washed veggies (broccoli, spinach, kale) +
Pre-cut or sliced protein (chicken, beef, salmon) +
Good carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal) +
Boiled/steamed/stir-fried in good fat (olive oil, coconut oil)
Can have a meal in 15 minutes (once rice is cooked).
